“Together We Will”

Artist Jason Braun, creator of the mural made an extension to the "Together We Can" mural he previously created that is currently displayed, near pine street park, Hazleton. In the extension of the mural, “Together We Will,” the artist gives a broader view of the work the past generations have put into Hazleton. The foreground of the people shows them mining through the bedrock, at the beginning of our towns creation, in order to pass forward strong material to help build our community. The artists makes it so that draws your eye up the center, showing the people of the present time and the structure they are building in the distance. This signifies those working and building on our future. The flower bud represents our common goal as a community, to see our city and people grow with out end in sight. In this mural, "Together We Will", Hazleton’s growth persists, as people keep working together, generations old and new.

The video, showcases the process Jason took to scale, draw and paint the mural.

The extension is showcased in our community center in the cafeteria. The original piece is showcased in Hazleton near pine st. park.
